My Solar installation was completed 2 days ago and I am very pleased how smooth it all went.  I especially impressed with the installers that very professionally installed, connected and patiently answered my questions. Jacob and his installation team were very good to deal with. Only hiccup was waiting on the EWR number need to connect with Ergon. Was told it would be 24-48 hours but had to wait nearly 3 weeks. If they had have explained to me why we were waiting, I wouldn't have worried. Otherwise great company and extremely competitive in price. Energy producing is fantastic! After dealing with rain and illness, Ben (salesman) and Ken ( installation manager) managed to have our system installed. Ken took over the responsibility of ensuring we had the unit install and managed to have a team from Rockhamton come and install it. Everyone we dealt with were fantastic and were willing to do whatever it took to make sure that we were happy with the whole process, which we were. This was mainly due to the dillegence of Ken who ensured that our system arrived and was installed as quickly as possible. The installation team were excellent! Goal Solar made it easy for me to get solar panels installed in my house. My dealings with the staff, particularly Ben and Adam , were always positive.
